Iron-based nanocrystalline alloys are composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, copper, etc. When iron-based amorphous alloys containing Cu and Nb are annealed above the crystallization temperature, they will form a very fine-grained structure with grain sizes of only 10-20 nanometers. The crystalline material formed by the special crystallization annealing of this amorphous alloy is called a nanocrystalline alloy. Nanocrystalline materials have excellent properties such as high saturation magnetic induction, high permeability, low coercivity, low loss, good stability, high strength and toughness, and wear and corrosion resistance. As a nanocrystalline alloy material with the best performance-to-price ratio among metal soft magnetic materials, it can replace silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite to become an ideal material for medium and high-frequency transformers, inductors and other components.  We can provide ultra-thin nanocrystalline strips suitable for high-quality application fields, such as the automotive industry, with a thickness of 16 μm.

The iron-based amorphous alloy 1K101 exhibits excellent frequency characteristics, stable inductance under various DC bias current conditions, low loss, and a magnetic permeability ranging from 120 to 1200.
