Nanocrystalline common-mode core


Compared with ferrite, nanocrystals have a higher Curie temperature and can operate reliably even at a high temperature of up to 180℃. Nanocrystals have higher magnetic permeability and higher saturation magnetic induction. Nanocrystalline cores can significantly reduce weight and volume. The power loss of copper windings is usually 50-70% of that of ferrite. They are suitable for consumer electronic devices such as frequency conversion drives, EV controllers, frequency conversion air conditioners, LCD TVs, and electric kilns, and are also applicable to EMC control in industrial power supply fields such as inverter welding machines. Nanocrystalline common-mode inductor cores are widely used in various switching power supply modules, uninterruptible power supplies, communication power supplies, inverters, frequency converters, household appliances and other equipment for electromagnetic compatibility.
